Privacy notice: launch waitlist

This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you join the NOISEEDGE launch waitlist on noiseedge.com. It covers the waitlist only. The NOISEEDGE platform will have its own privacy policy.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Pantherio, Mitja Čobec s.p., Šinkov Turn 35C, 1217 Vodice, Slovenia. You can contact us at main@pantherio.eu.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- A record of your consent: when you confirmed, that you signed up on this page, and which version of the consent text you saw.
- Technical data needed to protect the form from abuse: your IP address and the result of the Cloudflare Turnstile security check. We use them only at the moment you submit the form and do not store them with your email address.
We do not use cookies or analytics on this page. Cloudflare Turnstile may process information about your browser to tell people from bots.
Why we use it
To send you a confirmation email and, after you confirm, to tell you when NOISEEDGE launches. We do not send other marketing, and we do not sell or share your address for anyone else's marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it by submitting the form and confirming the link in our email (double opt-in). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Protecting the form from abuse is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who processes it for us
- Resend (USA) sends our emails and stores the waitlist.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) hosts this website and runs the Turnstile security check.
Both may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Until NOISEEDGE launches and we have sent the launch announcement, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. After that we delete your address from the waitlist. If you never confirm the link, we do not add you to the list.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. To unsubscribe, use the link in any email we send you or write to us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Slovenia the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si), or in the EU country where you live or work.
